Green onions Cornstarch Vegetable oil Sesame seeds

Toss shrimp with soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger.

Slice bell peppers, onion, and green onions.

Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry.

Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry shrimp until pink.

Add sliced veggies, cook until tender-crisp.

Pour in cornstarch slurry, stir until sauce thickens.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.

Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
