1 lb ground beef Salt and pepper to taste 4 slices of cheese (American, cheddar, or your choice) 4 hamburger buns Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, etc.)

Forming Patties

Divide ground beef into 8 equal portions and shape them into thin patties.

Cooking Patties

Melting Cheese
