1 small tomato, thinly sliced Handful of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped Salt to taste Olive oil for brushing

Instructions -Preheat your oven to the temperature specified for your pizza dough.

In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt to form a marinade.

Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and toss until they are evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape and thickness on a lightly floured surface.

Brush the pizza dough with olive oil and pre-bake it in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, until it starts to become slightly golden.

Remove the partially baked pizza crust from the oven. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the crust, leaving a border around the edges.

Arrange the marinated paneer cubes, sliced onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes evenly over the sauce.

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are cooked.

Once done, sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro over the hot pizza.

Slice the Tandoori Paneer Pizza and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious fusion creation!
