Tandoori Paneer Recipe A Delicious Twist to Your Dinner!

– Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) – Yogurt – Tandoori Masala – Lemon juice – Garlic paste – Ginger paste – Salt – Red chili powder – Oil

Cut the paneer into cubes and soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, and red chili powder to make the marinade.

Pat dry the paneer cubes and marinate them in the prepared mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated paneer onto skewers or place them directly on the grill/oven rack.

Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is charred and cooked through.

Serve hot with mint chutney and sliced onions for a burst of flavors!
